Josh Walton
My family was supported by IUCSF following the unexpected suicide of my older cousin Dan. Dan was a larger than life character with the world at is feet and his death devastated the lives of hundreds of friends and family members. I have depression, anxiety and OCD both before and after the death of my cousin but received crucial help from IUCSF during a very traumatic time. I joined the If U Care Share team in August 2015 and deliver emotional and mental health workshops, telling my story to young people across the country.
