Damien Potts
November 2012 one of the most difficult days in my families lives. I lost Darren, my older cousin to suicide it was so hard to accept to someone I idealized. He was loved by so many and had such great character and was always up for a laugh. Around June 2014 I received support from IUCSF, they were fantastic. They helped so much through my dark days of depression and anxiety. After time, I started volunteering in all range of area more specifically with the development programs and the emotional and mental health workshops.
