Meet the Team

What do you do at If U Care Share?
I have had multiple roles within the charity over the last 3 years including Support Coordinator and Prevention Officer. I now work with young people under the age of 25 as the Young Person Response Officer at If U Care Share.

Why did you join If U Care Share?
I joined IUCS straight out of graduating from my Psychology Degree at Northumbria University in 2021. Although I wasn't 100% sure of what my career path looked like down the line, I always knew I wanted to make a difference and help those who were struggling with their mental health.

If U Care Share is a charity I have been aware of since I was in school myself and was always in awe of the work they did. So when an opportunity to be involved in the cause came up, I couldn't help but apply to join the mission!

If you could travel to anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
The Maldives is definitely on the list of dream destinations.

What are some things that make you happy?
My family and friends, my naughty little sausage dog Roo, big bowls of pasta and binge watching Greys Anatomy over and over again!

What is your favourite biscuit and why?
Anything smothered in chocolate and dunked into a cup of tea.

A small act of kindness can go a long way.
